Residential Roofing in Mira Loma
Most of our Mira Loma work is residential, and most of it is on homes built between 1975 and 1990 that still have their original roof or a second layer on top. These are single-story and two-story tract homes, plus a good number of rural properties with detached garages and barns. Homeowners here care about three things: stopping the leak, keeping the summer cooling bill down, and getting a warranty that means something. We handle roof replacement, leak repair and maintenance for all of it, and we treat your yard, animals and driveway like they are ours.
- Full roof replacement — We tear off to the deck, replace any rotted sheathing, and install Owens Corning Duration or GAF Timberline shingles with synthetic underlayment and a new ridge vent. Most Mira Loma homes are done in two to three days with nightly tarping and a magnet sweep before we leave.
- Roof leak repair and flashing — Leaks in Mira Loma usually start at flashing, pipe boots or valleys, not the middle of the roof. We trace the water path from the attic, repair with matching materials, and verify with a water test. Most repairs are finished in a single visit.
- Attic ventilation upgrades — If your attic bakes in summer, your roof is failing from below. We calculate net free vent area for your square footage and add ridge vents, soffit intake or a solar attic vent to bring the temperature down and extend shingle life.
- Storm and wind damage repair — After a Santa Ana wind event we inspect the full ridge line, re-nail lifted caps at the high-wind pattern, replace cracked drip edge and reseal penetrations. Emergency tarping is available the same night if water is getting in.
